It’s September which means only one thing in Orlando: it’s Magical Dining Month!!! Yes indeed, that sentenc
e deserves three exclamation points. Why you ask? Because for this whole month you can go to dozens of restaurants and enjoy a three course meal for only $20 or $30 dollars.
To kick off the magical dining month we headed to Le Coq Au Vin for our first three course meal. The restaurant felt like we were invited to dinner at a sweet old French women’s house. Literally the restuarant is in an old house decorated with chickens. It’s true we didn’t know what to expect from the food when we saw all the chicken stain glass windows, but it didn’t take long to find out their food was simple and fantastic.
The best part about going to Le Coq Au Vin (or any other restaurant during Magical Dining month) is that you recieve such a variety of the food they offer, since you automatically have a three course meal. I for one do not usually order three courses..
.so I really enjoy the opportunity to have an appetiser, entree, and dessert!
Ok, enough writing…time for some eating! Check out Le Coq Au Vin during September (order the chicken… it’s cooked perfectly and the sauce was literally bubbling it was so hot). For a list of all the restaurants participating in Magical Dining month head to: www.orlandomagicaldining.com
Cheers to delicious food and delicious deals!

I just realized that this is the same time-frame that our high school step team was in Orlando for the Disney Step Classic @ Hollywood Studios. We had so much fun, and of course I didn’t want to leave Disney OR Orlando!
You guys are giving me even MORE to look forward too. The dining options in Orlando are obviously fabulous, thnx!
Great burgers in this part of town down Michigan called Johnny’s Fillin’ Station. Jason’s Deli at SODO is also a good spot for lunch and Cecil’s Texas Bar-B-Que. Take a quick drive around Delaney Park to see some really nice homes in downtown Orlando.
hmmm we’ll have to try that out! Thanks Chad
You need to try Yellow Dog Eats in Gotha. Best local food on the west side of town.
