Cat Cora who is the only women to compete on Iron Chef opened her own restaurant called Kouzinna at Disney’s Boardwalk and we were able to attend the opening! Kouzina is a family style Greek restaurant which serves everything from fisherman’s stew to kid’s meals (I recommend the Pastitisio Greek-Style Lasagna…tastes like a cinnamon meat pot pie)!

Just returned from DisneyWorld. We ate at a number of restaurents, including California Grill and Jiko’s.
Without a doubt Kouzzina was the “hands down” winner!!!! Unbelievable food!!!
